A new online banking service, effective June 1
Personal and business customers move to a new platform on June 1, 2026. The mobile app is reinstalled, and Zelle enrollment starts again on June 3. Saved alerts, transfers, and ACH templates do not carry over.

Holiday Club transfers are open
Choose a weekly or monthly transfer of $5, $10, or $20. Club balances distribute ahead of the holidays. Ask any branch for this year’s distribution date.

Surcharge-free at 55,000 Allpoint ATMs
NECB debit and ATM cards are surcharge-free at Allpoint ATMs nationwide, in addition to NYCE, CIRRUS, and PLUS access. Other operators may still charge a fee outside those networks.
