Help that starts with the question, not a phone tree.

How do I enroll in online banking?

Use Open an account if you are new to NECB, or Enroll on the sign-in page if you already have an account. You will need your account number, Social Security or TIN last four, and a debit card or recent statement. This demonstration does not create a real enrollment.

What changed on June 1, 2026?

NECB moved to a new online and mobile banking platform. Customers reinstalled the NECB app and re-enrolled in Zelle beginning June 3, 2026. Alerts, transfers, and ACH templates were not migrated and had to be recreated. This redesign assumes that platform and makes the tools easier to find.

I lost my debit card.

Lock the card immediately in online banking under Card Controls, then call card services at 1-866-392-9952. In this demo, the lock switch is simulated and does not affect a real card.

Are mobile deposits insured?

Funds deposited to an NECB deposit account are FDIC-insured up to applicable limits once they are accepted. A mobile deposit is subject to review. Endorse the check “For Mobile Deposit Only at NECB.”

How do I report fraud?

Call 1-877-GO-4-NECB any time, or send a secure message from online banking. If a card is involved, also call 1-866-392-9952. Do not email account numbers — email is not a secure channel.

Where are rates published?

On the Rates page. The figures in this demonstration are samples, clearly labeled, so the bank can see the layout before a live rate sheet is connected.
